William Raveis Mortgage is Home to 3 of the Nation’s Top Mortgage Bankers
William Raveis Mortgage, LLC (NMLS ID 2630) is home to 3 of the top loan originators, by dollar volume, in the nation. Scotsman Guide, a leading publication for mortgage originators, recently announced these results in its 2010 Top Originators List . They are pictured on the next page from top to bottom-John Grosso, Peter Fickeisen and Jorge Rivera.
John Grosso (NMLS MLO ID 12606), ranked #1 in Connecticut for total mortgage loan volume and #84 nationwide. Also on Scotsman’s Top Originators List were Peter Fickeisen (NMLS MLO ID 12344), ranked at #6 in Massachusetts for purchase loans and #105 nationwide and Jorge Rivera (NMLS MLO ID 12303), ranked at #192. Jorge also earned the #1 spot for top FHA volume in Connecticut. John and Peter are licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts, respectively, and Jorge is licensed in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
John, Peter and Jorge were ranked among entries from nearly 700 mortgage professionals across the country. To be eligible for initial consideration in Scotsman Guide’s Top Originators rankings, originators must have had at least $30 million in loan volume or 100 closed home loans for the 2010 calendar year. Only loans and volume that originators closed personally could be considered. After receiving submissions, Scotsman Guide required written verification of top entrants’ volume from a certified public accountant, the chief financial officer at the originator’s company or a similar source.
