New Storefront on Arlington Street, Facing Public Garden

William Raveis Real Estate continues to rapidly expand its footprint in Massachusetts, with the opening of its second Boston storefront on 18 Arlington Street, the heart of the city.  This new location, overlooking the iconic Public Garden, celebrates the company’s commitment to Boston’s unique history and local flavor.  The Arlington Street office marks William Raveis’ 25th office opening in the Bay State in just 7 years.

“Success in Boston is a key part of our strategy to advance William Raveis in Massachusetts,” said Chris Raveis, Managing Partner/Executive Vice President of William Raveis, Massachusetts.  “We’ve established a momentum in Boston, opening the Arlington storefront on the heels of announcing our new Tremont Street office in South End.  We look forward to expanding our array of innovative services to clients in Boston and the Bay State, at large.”

Scott Beane, Area Manager for the two new Boston offices and city resident, has a keen familiarity with the city’s various neighborhoods.   Scott focuses on agent business development and encourages a deep understanding of local markets and culture to achieve success for the Boston team.   The new team on Arlington Street will tap into William Raveis’ cutting-edge online resources, as well as education materials to ensure the best experience and service for clients.

William Raveis Real Estate’s growth in Massachusetts has been impressive.  Beyond a suite of technology and marketing services offered to agents and clients, Chris attributes this build-up the company’s commitment to local communities.  We aim for highly visible office locations to keep our finger on the pulse of the community,” he said.  “Local familiarity is important to us because we value establishing relationships with the clients we serve and providing resources they need to be successful in today’s real estate market.  I believe it is this mentality that has helped us form greater roots in Boston and Massachusetts.”

This local emphasis has proven successful, as William Raveis’ market share continues to rise across the state, increasing 14% in 2010 vs. 2009 and outpacing other area firms.

The Arlington office launch is the beginning of a busy spring and summer for William Raveis Real Estate.  The company will be moving its Wellesley location to a premiere storefront this summer as well as expanding the Lexington office, on already prominent Massachusetts Avenue.
