Eston International has been exclusively assigned with the whole Raiffeisen Property Fund office portfolio. This was not the first assignment the agency received from Raiffeisen: the decision was made upon the successes the two parties achieved during their earlier cooperation. Eston’s office leasing team has now received a request to manage the leasing tasks of the entire (total of 7 properties) office portfolio.
he portfolio consists of several office buildings of various size, type and profile, all of which offering modern, high-quality leasable offices, some with retail areas. The buildings are all located in excellent office-locations (six of them at different, frequented, infrastructural hubs of the capital and one of them in Budaörs).
