From this week to the end of the month is the perfect time to start a vegtable garden. Gardening is a great hobby and popular too. It is nice to grow fresh vegetables and I can grow an impressive amount of produce on my postage stamp sized city lot. Gardening is like real estate in that it is local. If you are new to gardening here are some local resources that I think you will like.
The university of Minnesota extension and they have classes too. The site is worth exploring it has a lot of information about plant care and can help with identifying weeds.

Last month, Palo Altos Mountain View Voice published a story about concerns over toxic chemicals at a former military housing complex. The focus has been on Orion Park ever since trichloroethylene has been found in the groundwater and from air samples taken from buildings on the site. The TCE is believed to have contaminated the area from its years of military use.
Last September, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released their final health assessment for TCE.

Hillwood and Clarion Partners announced this week that it will partner in a joint venture to develop a 950,000 square foot facility as part of the AllianceCalifornia project that will serve as a fulfillment center for Amazon once completed later this year. The development in San Bernardino, California will be located on Central Avenue, east of Tippecanoe Avenue. Hillwood will serve as the developer for the project, while the JV will serve as the landlord for the facility, leasing space to Golden State FC LLC once the building is complete. Golden State will then operate the fulfillment center for Amazon. Meanwhile, USAA Real Estate Co.
